Pranayama to Cool, Calm & Sleep with Kat Shull

Pranayama – control of the breath – has many variations and benefits. In this workshop you will learn Bhramari, “bumblebee breath,” which is good for anxiety, insomnia, cooling the body, and relieving headache. You will also learn digital pranayama, where the fingers are used to control the flow of air, “creating clarity in the brain and stability in the mind,” according to Light on Pranayama.
