This workshop will address: opening of range of motion in low back and joints, and strengthening the supportive muscles along the spine and joints. Participants will also learn which movements to avoid that can cause back pain.

What to expect:
• Yoga postures that decompress the spine and joints creating expansion
• Focus on alignment imbalances
• Postures that help strengthen the muscles along the spine
• Yoga Asana (poses) variations will be included
• Flexible hips and hamstrings increase mobility and help to maintain a healthy low back
